Late Checkout: Please enquire at the reception for availability and cost.

- If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation
Fire Safety
Fire and evacuation procedures are on a laminated chart near the entrance of room. Please familiarise yourself with this plan.
Keys
Spare keys are available from reception. Please return all keys to reception upon checkout. There is a key drop box located next to the front door of reception if you are checking out early.
Maintenance
Should you experience any problems with your unit, please let us know at reception so we can attend to it promptly.
Emergency Services
Dial ‘000’ (Ambulance, Fire and Police). No Mobile service dial ‘112’
Pets
We love our wildlife at The Yamba, therefore, pets are NOT permitted on the property or inside the units.
Smoking
Yamba is a smoke-free property with no smoking allowed on the premises or in any units.
Public Areas
BBQ Facilities
There is a BBQ area available exclusively for guest use. BBQ utensils are supplied. For the comfort of other guests, please clean the BBQ once you have finished.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open year round. You are welcome to use the pool between 8:00am and 9:00pm
Security
There are safes available if you wish to store your valuables. To operate, please follow the instructions listed below.
- If the safe is locked, slide the centre panel of the door & place the key in the slot to open.
- To reset safe with your code, press the red button on the inside of the door near the hinge.
- Press a selection of up to 8 numbers, then press B within 15 seconds. It is now set with your code.
- To open, press your code then the letter A within 15 seconds.
Accomodations
Air Conditioning
All rooms at The Yamba have air conditioning. Your remote is located in a holder on the wall. It is not instant and takes a while for the fans to start once the unit has been turned on. Please make sure you have all the doors and windows closed for maximum benefit.
Eat & Drink
Restaurant
There is no onsite restaurant, however there are plenty of options within walking distance or a short drive. These including Yamba Cafe Marina, Clarence River Fishermen’s Co-Operative and the Yamba Chinese Restaurant.
Our BBQ area is also available for all guests and it does not need to be reserved. Cookware, dishes, and utensils are available if you wish to make a meal during your stay.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open year round. You are welcome to use the pool between 8:00am and 9:00pm
TV Channel
Safe
There is a safe located in the Master bedroom. A safe key is supplied with your room key. To operate, please follow the instructions listed below.

House Keeping
Housekeeping is available for all guests. Additional soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, detergents, and toilet rolls are available at reception. To avoid additional cleaning charges, please keep your room clean.

WiFi
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the property. If you are having trouble logging on to the network, please see reception.
Mobile Phone Reception/ Public Telephone
Mobile phone reception is widely available in the area.

There are two pharmacies available in Yamba: Priceline Pharmacy in the Yamba Shopping Fair or Soul Pattinson Chemist on Yamba Street.
